See classes by ageWhere are TumbleTown locations?
TumbleTown has three gyms: Kitsilano at 2070 West Broadway in Vancouver; Steveston at #145 – 12417 No. 2 Road in Richmond; and Ironwood at #101 – 11420 Horseshoe Way in Richmond.

The regular class ladder is organized by age and stage, so children new to gymnastics can start with the class that matches their age. Advanced Tumblers requires an assessment, while Interclub entry is by invitation or assessment. Member services can help if you are unsure where to begin.
Ask member servicesWhat should my child wear or bring?
Comfortable clothes and a water bottle are all your child needs for a regular class. Choose clothes they can move freely in and arrive a few minutes early to meet the coach.
Get ready to registerDoes a parent or caregiver participate in class?
Caregivers participate in Tip n Tumbles, Tiny Tots and Tumble Tots. Beginning with Tumble Bugs at age 3, children participate independently. Family Drop-In is different: every child explores the gym with a caregiver.

How do I register?
Choose a class by age, gym and day, then create your family account in TumbleTown’s online registration portal and select the class. Enrollment normally begins with the next class after you register.
Follow the three registration stepsWhich class is right for my child?
Start with your child’s age on the classes page, then filter the schedule by age, gym and day. If more than one option fits—or your child is ready for an advanced program—call TumbleTown and the team will help match them.
Browse the class scheduleCan I register partway through a session?
Yes, subject to class availability. Registration stays open throughout the year, enrollment begins with the first class after you sign up, and fees are pro-rated from your enrollment date. Late term registrations are pro-rated too.
See enrollment optionsCan I switch my child’s class?
Yes, when space is available in the requested class. Email service@tumbletown.ca with your transfer request and the team will help you find an available option.
Contact member servicesIs a membership required?
An annual membership of $50 + GST per child is required for weekly classes, camps, Gym-Venture Days, ongoing private lessons, Family Drop-Ins and events. Birthday parties are the exception. Membership renews annually while your child remains enrolled.

Monthly enrollment is ongoing and billed monthly until you give written notice to withdraw. Term enrollment covers a fixed 12–16-week period with a definite end date and is billed in one payment. Both options are pro-rated when you join late.

What happens if my child misses a class?
The published make-up policy covers illness-related absences. You may book one no-cost make-up per month during a Family Drop-In, subject to availability, and complete it while your child is still enrolled. A doctor’s note may be requested; vacations and scheduling conflicts are not included in the published make-up policy.
Read the make-up policyHow do I withdraw from a class?
For monthly enrollment, email service@tumbletown.ca before the 18th to finish at the end of that month without another charge. Term enrollment receives an 80% credit on remaining classes when you withdraw during the first three weeks; after that, withdrawals are medical-only.
See all withdrawal termsWhat if my child is sick or injured?
For an illness-related missed class, use the make-up policy above. If illness or injury requires your child to withdraw, provide a doctor’s note; the policy provides a credit or refund for 100% of the pro-rated remaining balance.

If TumbleTown cancels because a class does not meet its minimum size and no alternate class works for you, you receive a full credit or refund. For closures beyond TumbleTown’s control, such as extreme weather or a power outage, a make-up is offered where possible.
