Privacy policy

This policy covers personal information collected on this website, at time of purchase, or by phone. We collect information such as your name, mailing address, phone number, email address, contact preferences and payment information when you register, purchase, or respond to surveys.

  • We do not sell or rent your contact information to other marketers. Information may be shared with affiliated legal entities and companies performing services on our behalf (payments, orders, customer service, research), which are also obligated to protect your personal information.

  • We do not knowingly solicit personal information from minors.
  • Collection, use, disclosure and retention of your personal information are regulated by law in British Columbia and Canada.

Optional website analytics

With your permission, we use PostHog to understand visits to our public website, class and schedule browsing, and clicks on registration and contact links. We may also compare different page designs. PostHog uses a random browser identifier stored on your device to connect these actions across visits. Campaign labels help us understand how visitors find the site.

This analytics integration does not record sessions or collect the names, email addresses, messages, child details or payment information you enter into forms. A registration-link click does not tell us whether registration was completed in Jackrabbit. Analytics data is processed by PostHog and may be stored outside Canada.

You can decline without affecting the website or registration. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change your choice.
